history ,
- - - Andrew and Delilah were a disaster waiting to happen, high school sweethearts , they both grew up in a neighborhood that was less then desirable and tough exterior that was put on from birth. They both aimed to rebel against their parents and succeeded when Delilah found out she was pregnant at eighteen. She was kicked out of home and went to live with Andrew and his family until they could afford a place of their own. Both teenagers dropped out of high school and Andrew took up work as a local catering business and earned just enough to support the two of them, although they were on a tight budget. Eight months later Rowan Lyric Pierce was born and only made her parents financial situation worse, although they loved her. Andrew lost his job and as a result the three of them moved back in with Andrew parents. For a few months both Rowan, her parents and her grandparents lived under the roof of a two bedroom apartment, but it was much to small and so her grandparents agreed to take care of her while her parents moved out and tried to start a life for themselves and their new daughter. Most of Rowan’s early memories consisted of her grandparents, which was not surprising as they were the ones who’d paid to keep a roof over her head and food in her mouth during her young life. By the time Rowan had turned three, Andrew and Delilah had gotten themselves together and both had stable jobs.
However between the four of them, the adults decided that Rowan had grown too attached to her grandparents and as a result she would live with them under the impression that they were her birth parents. It would allow Rowan to grow up in a stable environment and her parents a chance to start fresh. So Rowan went off to elementary school like all the other kids her age and took her grandparents to the parents days and honestly believed the lies they told her. When Rowan turned six, her younger sister was born however she was told Eryn, her sister, was actually her niece. At this stage, Rowan was a bright, promising student. She interacted well with others and made an effort to please her teachers. She was happy as most children should be. The real drama in Rowan’s life started when she hit 14. She over heard her ‘brother’ having an argument with her ‘mother’ about how he wanted to tell Rowan the truth and have her move in with her real family. The news was shocking to say the least as everything she thought she knew was suddenly no longer true. Rowan didn’t mention to anyone what she’d over heard but she started to resent her family and couldn’t help but wonder about what else they’d lied about.
Her grades started to slip and she felt like her life was spiraling out of control. As a result she started to control the only thing she felt she could, her diet, and cut down on meals, becoming obsessive about counting calories. Her weight slowly dropped until she looked like nothing more then a corpse. Her grandparents sent her to a type of rehab clinic to try and fix her compulsion with control and it was here she met Angela, another girl suffering from anorexia. Rowan hadn’t ever given much thought to her sexuality, she’d dated a boy or two in middle school but it hadn’t meant anything, but Angela was different. She had a passion for life and for music that rubbed off on Rowan and gave her something else to focus on instead of her diet. Slowly she gained weight again, however Angela did not and when Rowan was discharged from the clinic, Angela stayed and the two of them lost contact. Rowan later found out the other girl had died and this sparked a brief relapse ,causing her weight to drop to a scarily low number again. From the age of sixteen, Rowan’s weight fluctuated and most of her time was divided between her new found love of music, her school work and the occasional calorie counting.
Wanting to leave behind the bad memories of her home town, Rowan applied to a number of different schools for a scholarship to finish her senior year and make a fresh start. She was accepted into Norrington Academy and moved a few weeks before she was due to start her senior year. Since starting, Rowan has had a hard time fitting in and has been extremely focused on her studies, her social life is lacking and she’s found it hard to trust anyone at all, now always skeptic of the honesty of people’s words.

HEY THERE, I'M PEY AND I'M SIXTEEN YEARS OLD! I'VE BEEN RUNNING AROUND THE ROLEPLAY WORLD FOR FOUR YEARS AND YOU CAN CHECK OUT MY ROLEPLAY SAMPLE BELOW! AS YOU CAN SEE, I'M USING VALERIE POXLENITNER AS THE PLAY-BY FOR THIS CHARACTER. OH, AND MY OTHER CHARACTERS ARE N/A!
Tayla was a dramatic person by nature. In fact it seemed to be genetic. Her mother was overly dramatic as well, the whole house hold was something off a teen drama. So naturally, Tayla always blew everything out of proportion and stressed over little things that really shouldn’t have bothered her. However when Taryn left the only thing she could so was worry. She hadn’t exactly spent her nights pacing the halls, but she’d definitely been unable to sleep and the feeling of anxiety hadn’t left since Taryn had. Of course Kaleb was an excellent distraction but he was far from her mind right now, wonderful mother, huh? However the anxiety started to melt away as she wound herself around Taryn, holding her as if it was the last time she was ever going to see her. They’d come so far from mere agency competitors. Tayla didn’t even care about that anymore and now didn’t understand why she ever had. All that mattered was her family and Taryn was her family now. She felt like home. Everything about her was familiar and made the blonde feel secure. Security she’d missed over the last few weeks. The two of them fighting was ridiculous, Tayla loved Taryn, so much so she felt explode every time the girl walked into the room. The very sight of her was enough to make Tay’s heart skip a beat and yet they still at times seemed to want to kill each other, Tay didn’t understand why they were that way but she knew she wouldn’t have changed it, simply because that’s the way they were.
Once they were inside, situated in the kitchen it was hard not to throw herself at Taryn. Tayla had changed a lot in the last year; previously she’d basically been a sex addict and had slept with more then her fair share of the agency and the people around Boston, which was how Kaleb was convinced. But since the two of them had discovered they were in love with each other, the only person Tayla had wanted was Taryn. During the last couple of months of her pregnancy, she hadn’t wanted to be touched, feeling horrible about the way her body was looking ; that and the fact her hormones were all over the place. But even then once he was born, Taryn had disappeared. She missed the affection and the general feeling of being wanted. But those feelings had already left, she was being held by the most amazing person in the world and couldn’t have ever felt more wanted. Nodding slowly as Taryn tried to calm her down, Tay buried her head into the nape of T’s neck “I know” she was right. It was in the past, now they had to forget about it and move on. Although how, she wasn’t exactly sure of. Before the blonde could start stressing over the minor details, she felt herself being tugged towards the pink haired girl and this time didn’t resist at all, instead enjoyed the feeling of being so close to Taryn.
Feeling Taryn’s lips crash against hers, the blonde couldn’t help but let out a small whimper of appreciation. Sometimes it was still difficult for her to believe that Taryn was hers. One of the hands around the girls’ neck moved up instinctively as Tay wound her fingers into Taryn’s hair, kissing her back passionately. After a moment, Tayla pulled back, tugging T’s bottom lip with her teeth before locking eyes with her for a moment. “God I missed you.”. Imagine someone who lived in the desert and hadn’t had water in weeks, they finally find water and couldn't stop drinking. Taryn was Tayla’s water, she couldn’t get enough of her, she’d been deprived for much to long. Ever since the pregnancy Tay had been worried about her body. Just because she wasn’t working as a model anymore didn’t mean she’d lost her vanity, however all the insecurities washed away as soon as Taryn has simply touched her. Letting her hands drop from around the other girls neck, they slipped down her sides, re-learning her body. Her wandering hands stopped on Taryn’s ass and Tay turned them, so Taryn was leaning up against the bench. Pulling back from her all too addicting lips, Tay trailed light kisses down her jaw line, moving down her neck , stopping just above her collar bone, nipping at the skin gently.
