Amy Howard is Kensi's half sister. Amy is seven years older than Kensi, making her twenty-four.
So Amy lived a pretty normal life; two parents, went to school, middle-class, etc. Until she was fifteen, and Kensi and her mother showed up at the Howards' doorstep. Amy's mother left them, and suddenly there was a drug addict and her kid in Amy's life. Amy took on the 'big sister' role for Kensi, and is probably the only family member who actually tries to be there for Kensi. Amy went through school and now owns a flower shop.
She's one of those "knows everything about everybody" kind of people, without being a busybody. She's just nice and so tends to know all the gossip.
You can read more (though not too much more, I tried to keep her very open-ended) in Kensi's application. PB is up to you, but try to make sure she sort of...fits with her personality. (some totally optional suggestions: Amy Adams, Liv Tyler, Drew Barrymore, Rachel McAdams...) Oh, and if you'd like to change her first name, that's also fine. so big thanks to whoever takes her!
